It is a large-scale open-pit coal mine ever built in northwest China with an rated production capacity of 35 million tons per year. EACON’s AHS project was officially started in July 2020. Since June 2022, autonomous fleets have been operated 7*24 without safety drivers on-board. Until November 2023, there were 22 autonomous fuel trucks in operation.
It has an rated production capacity of 40 million tons per year (the highest in China). The autonomous driving project was launched in November 2020. Regular operation without safety drivers began in December 2022. There are 203 autonomous trucks in operation, including 172 hybrid trucks, by October 2023.
